We want your cooperation with you as a customer to be a complete success! That's why we accompany you from start to finish and take the time to tailor our programs precisely to your needs. A typical process of our cooperation could look like this:

1. needs analysis and target definition

We take time for you. In an initial meeting, we get to know your challenges, goals and expectations. What talents are missing in your company? What opportunities would you like to create? Together, we define clear goals and identify the people who are a perfect fit for you.

From the idea to the solution. Based on your requirements, we develop your individual recruiting concept, which includes concrete measures such as training programs, coaching plans or tailor-made employer branding strategies. We advise you on funding opportunities and put you in touch with government organizations such as the Federal Employment Agency, the Ministry of Economics or BAFA in order to relieve and support you. We always make sure that all measures are in line with your corporate values, your culture and your challenges.

Your feedback counts. As soon as our concept is ready, we will present it to you and go through all the elements with you. If necessary, we will make adjustments so that the program fits your goals and wishes even better.

Good planning is half the battle. We take care of all the organizational details: from the selection of trainers and consultants to the coordination of appointments with authorities such as the employment agency or educational institutions to the provision of materials and digital tools. If the program includes virtual components, we ensure that the technology functions smoothly.

Here we go! Whether workshops, training or individual coaching - now it's all about bringing people together and putting your personal program into practice. We accompany you through the entire recruiting process (end-to-end recruiting) and the onboarding of your new employees and are always available to help you solve challenges quickly.

Because sustainable change does not happen overnight, we measure the progress of our program precisely. Through clearly defined KPIs, regular feedback and progress analyses, we recognize what is already going well - and where there is further potential.

At the end you will receive a detailed evaluation of the collaboration. Together we analyze the results, celebrate successes and gather insights for the future. What has worked? What positive changes are already noticeable? If desired, we can support you with further coaching or new program phases to ensure long-term success.

Our collaboration does not end with the last meeting. After some time, we evaluate what long-term changes the program has brought about.
