Doreen Happatz
Founder and Managing Director

I am Doreen Happatz, an experienced HR professional with over 20 years of experience in international recruiting, global talent acquisition and sustainable specialist and executive recruitment.
My professional career began in marketing and communications, where I worked for the Financial Times Deutschland, Intergraph and Aperto, among others. During this time, I gained insights into international markets, industries and cultures. This experience has shaped my perspective on interpersonal and intercultural communication.

After an intensive period in the fashion industry and a phase of reflection in Canada, I made a conscious decision to go into recruiting - with the aim of bringing people and companies together on a global level.

In London, I started as a consultant at Fusion Associates, where I successfully filled management positions for international fashion companies.

My next step led me to adidas, where I managed global recruiting projects and developed innovative talent strategies. The development of the MakerLab was particularly formative: an international hub for technical experts where we were able to fill 50 key positions worldwide within six months - an achievement that was recognized with the Talent Acquisition Award "Creator of the Year".

At Zalando, I focused on recruiting executives in the commercial sector before setting up the recruitment team for the DACH region at Tesla. There, I implemented pioneering programs such as the Military Transition Program and retraining measures under the Qualification Opportunities Act to tap into new talent pools and create development opportunities.

With a global mindset, strategic foresight and extensive industry knowledge, I bring talents and companies together - with the aim of building sustainable, diverse and innovative teams that make companies successful in the long term.
