is a government-funded reskilling program that specifically trains people with the right underlying potential—so-called "hidden talents"—for open positions. Funded under the Qualification Opportunities Act (QCG): up to 100% of training costs and 67% of salaries are covered by the Federal Employment Agency.

External candidates: Unemployed individuals, career changers, and the long-term unemployed — fully funded by the Federal Employment Agency. Training costs: ~€0. Salary during training: ~€0 for the company.
Funding Scenario 2
Internal employees: Existing workforce undergoing structural change — 50–80% of training costs and 25–50% of wages are subsidized under the Qualification Opportunities Act (QCG).
